FFL Disclaimer
Lotus Tactical sells firearms and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws as defined in the GCA and NFA. Lotus Tactical LLC is a licensed Type 7 Manufacturer FFL with Class II SOT Manufacturer.
All firearms, or regulated firearms and or accessories must be shipped to the owner of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We cannot ship to individuals without a valid FFL.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to complete all required paperwork with the FFL before the transfer is completed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their FFL dealer. Be aware that it is customary for the local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time the customer picks up their purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between the customer and the local dealer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with the local dealer concerning any policy regarding the buyer’s obligations.
The buyer assumes all legality, liability, and responsibility for the condition, use & security/storage of the firearm purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in their state. The buyer acknowledges that by purchasing a firearm from Lotus Tactical LLC that he/she is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure the purchased firearm to prevent accidents/mishaps.
The buyer must be at minimum 18-21 years of age to purchase any firearm. Please check with the FFL/gun transfer dealer on age requirements in the buyer’s state.

Ammunition Disclaimer:
Lotus Tactical LLC expressly disclaims any liability for the accuracy, use, or misinterpretation of the information on ammunition provided here, and the customer expressly agrees to indemnify and release Lotus Tactical LLC for any and all loss, expense, damage, or liability that arises from his or her use of the ammunition they have purchased on this website or in person.
- 1. Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older. All ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.
- 2.For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
- 3.Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.

Connecticut – Valid copy of your AEC or Pistol Permit and State ID
Chicago, IL – No ammunition without an FFL
Cook County, IL – No ammunition without an FFL
California (Statewide) – No ammunition without an FFL
Massachusetts (Statewide) – No ammunition without an FFL
New Jersey (Statewide) – We must have a copy of your FPIC or permit to purchase/carry a handgun on pistol ammunition
New York (Statewide) – No ammunition without an FFL
New York City, NY – No ammunition
Washington D.C. – No ammunition
Alaska (Statewide) – No ammunition
Hawaii (Statewide) – No ammunition
APO and FPO Address – No ammunition
Note: Please use this as a reference. State laws change frequently and you as the customer are responsible for knowing your state laws, not Lotus Tactical LLC. Please contact your local law enforcement agency or attorney’s office if you have any questions regarding whether or not you are permitted to purchase ammunition.
- 1.The customer will provide the contact information to the designated FFL (email and phone number), customer full name, firearm/product/accessory/ item description to include serial number if one is present.
- 2.Lotus Tactical LLC and the customer’s designated FFL will exchange email copies of the FFL’s (PDF or JPG preferred) to info@lotustactical.com.
- 3. Upon verification, Lotus Tactical will ship from our FFL to your designated FFL. Lotus Tactical LLC will provide the customer with tracking information from the information provided by the customer.
